JB FITNESS is operated by Julie Bell Petrak, fitness specialist and personal trainer. Julie
graduated from East Carolina University with minors in Kinesiology and Physical Education. Her career began in 1995
as a personal trainer and fitness manager for Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City. Thereafter, she was recruited
to launch a new Connecticut based facility in 2003.
Julie is a nationally certified Personal Trainer with accredidation
from the American Counsel on Exercise. Additionally, she has completed a variety of Educational Programs in several
New York Hospitals where she further honed her skills.
Since leaving Equinox, Julie has continued to design a full array
of training programs for clients at all levels on the fitness spectrum. Whether a beginner or advanced athlete, Julie's
skill and experience enable her to offer private, one-on-one, personally tailored fitness programs for each individual's unique
